Connection Issues & Fixes

• We recommend looking at: Installation & Set up to download the official modpack.

• Allocate at least 4GB of Ram, in some launchers this would be [4096 MB]

  • -- • (2GB [2048MB] Can work, but it is recommended to use 4GB [4096MB])

• Connection/Internet speed(s) can cause issues if it's too low - We recommend having at least 10MB Download when using Speed Test.

• If your ping/ms is high and or you're out of the US then we recommend using a VPN to try and get a better connection to the servers.

  • We recommend using: ProtonVPN and to connect to a US Based IP with it, PLUS it's always safer for online use to use a VPN anyways.

  • Proton VPN is FREE.

• If connection issues persist please restart your router/modem and then your PC/Computer.

Common Mojang Errors & Solves

Failed to Authenticate

• Go to Minecraft and log out & log back in.

• Close your Launcher & Re-open it.

• Log out & Back into your launcher

• Join the server!

Authentication servers are down

Mojang's Auth servers are down - Try again in a few minutes.
