Regional Bias

Regional Bias are

explain what they are, pretty much just pokemon that are visually slightly more looking like their regional counterpart. These can be evolved into their regional form by normal means, OR evolving them in a specific biome to change the regional counterpart. This works both ways.

(e.x. evolving unova/base oshawott into hisuian bias dewott)
